Écraser les crêpes dentelles et ajouter le chocolat fondu au bain marie.


- Mettre dans le moule puis au frigo pendant 15-20min.
- Pour la mousse au chocolat :
Porter à ébullition le sucre et 2cas d’eau, verser le melange épaissi sur les jaunes d’œufs en fouettant. Faire fondre le chocolat et l’ajouter à la préparation.

- Fouetter la crème liquide et l’ajouter au mélange.

- Mettre le contour du moule, placer le biscuit, la pralinoise puis la mousse au chocolat et mettre au frigo min 4h.

- Pour l’écriture :
Faire fondre du chocolat noir au bain marie puis placer le chocolat fondue dans une poche à congélation. Mettre le chocolat dans un angle et couper un petit bout du sac afin de faire une sorte de poche à douille. Sur du papier sulfurisé écrire ou dessiner ce que l’on souhaite puis placer le tout au congélateur une dizaine de minute.

- Une fois que le chocolat à durcit, le placer comme on le souhaite sur le gâteau.
