- Pour les schnitzel,
Préparez une plaque recouverte de papier cuisson four à 220 comme précédemment - Préparez une assiette de farine, une deuxième avec les œufs mélangés avec l’ail pilé, sel poivre paprika curcuma et une troisième avec chapelure et graine de sesame
- Rincez les escalopes puis les trempez dans la farine puis les œufs puis la chapelure
- Disposez les escalopes sur la plaque ajoutez un filet d’huile d’olive et enfournez pour 20mn au milieu du four à mi cuisson retourne les escalopes en remettant un filet d’huile d’olive
